Waihi Bush Organics | Omega 3 Super Boost

Super Boost has been specifically formulated to increase your bodies uptake and conversion of Omegas. It also contains 15% of the RDI of Vitamin E to help contribute to cell protection from free radical damage, and MCT oils for easy absorption and provide an energy lift.
Studies have shown the oils used contribute towards lowering inflammation, improving cell structure, increased fat burning, and hormonal balance.

Use 15ml of your Super Boost oil with any form of milk protein, hemp hearts or sunflower seeds daily to increase uptake.
Blend into a yogurt, smoothie or shake, mix with cottage cheese, or blend with soaked hemp hearts or sunflower seeds. Can be used on or in any finished meal, added into hummus, pesto or dip. It is also a great addition to vegetable dishes such as greens, salads, steamed vegetables, mashed potato and soups, mixed with fruit and vegetable juices, or used with equal parts flax seed oil and butter for spreads.

Storage:

Best Stored Cool and tasty in the fridge for up to 12 weeks. You can place the oil into the freezer when purchased, as this suspends the shelf life which will kick back in once you take it out to use.
