Harker Herbals | Immune + Energy

An everyday syrup to support a resilent immune system and healthy energy when you're feeling rundown. Useful support for those prone to catch everything going, feeling tired and lethargic. This syrup blends adaptogenic herbs of Siberian ginseng and ashwagandha with reishi mushrooms and astragalus to help reset the the immune system and restore resilience. This is a great syrup for if you lead a busy lifestyle or just have a lot on.

Take the recommended dose by age group:
(over 12 years)
Everyday support: To support healthy immune
function, take 5mls two to three times daily
OR take a single dose of 10-15mls once per day
if preferred.
Acute support: To support recovery from illness
and low energy levels, take 5mls three to four
times daily. If acutely unwell, take Harker Herbals
Vira Guard.
Can be taken long-term.

As a maintenance product, we suggest taking your recommend dose at the same time each day straight from the spoon or added to your morning smoothie.
You can stir your dose into a drink, just not too hot. Heat can alter the chemistry of the active ingredients.
If you're taking Immune + Energy as a maintenance product, take the recommended dose morning and night straight from the spoon for maximum potency.
Time your dose to at least an hour before or after your coffee fix or consuming other caffeinated drinks. These may affect absorption of the active ingredients.
You can take Immune + Energy with other Harker Herbal products. But if you have acute symtpms, we recommend switching to our Vira Guard until you're on the road to recovery.
Store in a cool dry place and use within 90 days of opening.
