Nature's Sunshine 5-HTP (5-hydroxy-tryptophan) is from a natural extract obtained from the seeds of the Griffonia plant. 5-HTP supports the healthy production of serotonin, an important neurotransmitter that helps support healthy appetite mood and sleep.

5-HTP Power provides a blend of three adaptogenic herbs - eleuthero, ashwaganda and suma - along with 5-HTP to help adjust to changes. 5-HTP Power also contains vitamin B6 and zinc, which support the action of 5-HTP. Vitamin B6 is essential for the biosynthesis of serotonin and other neurotransmitters, as well as the overall health of the nervous system. Adequate levels of zinc are also important, as zinc deficiencies have been linked to behavioural and sleep disturbances, mental and physical stress.

Take 1 capsule three times daily with a meal.
