I don’t know how, but this stuff works. When leg and foot cramps strike at night after long or intense exercise that day, a couple of sprays under the tongue brings almost instant relief. Normally a skeptic, this product has surprised me with its efficacy. I now keep a supply on hand - the 100ml refill bottle is good value.
This has helped me with my dry skin and eczema. I had stopped taking it and eczema flared up. Excellent product.
