Weleda Bruises & sprains A herbal product to relieve bruises, sprains & strains of any muscles, including the back to use before and/or after exercise to help relieve muscle ache for the temporary relief of the pain of arthritis or rheumatism, and other inflammation of the joints Immediate application at the site of a contusion (tissue injury from bump or knock) helps prevent the development of bruising. Weleda Arnica Cream has a natural cream base of beeswax and pure vegetable oils and is scented with pure essential oils of Silver fir, Lemon, Orange, Rosemary and Sage.

Gently massage a small amount into the affected area, three to four times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves, or as directed by your health care professional.

Abies pectinata, leaf (Silver fir) Oil 600mcg
Lemon Oil Distilled 2mg
Orange Oil 1mg
Rosemary Oil 2.1mg
Sage Oil Spanish 300mcg; in a base containing natural vegetable oils and beeswax.
