Solgar Psyllium Husks Fibre are a source of soluble fibre and a healthy addition to your diet.

As a food supplement for adults, two (2) vegetable capsules daily with a large glass of juice or water (250 ml) or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
